If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. And I am not that kind of person. Usually I see the positives in every place, but this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at (I’m a travel blogger) and I wish I had read the reviews before coming. How it has over 2 stars is crazy to me. Firstly, hotel staff was not accommodating at all. Secondly, we got to our floor and it reeks of cigarette smoke. Thirdly, the room itself was extremely warm! We cracked a window but it’s on a busy road so it was loud. But the whole hotel is loud. You can hear someone blow drying their hair from 3 rooms down. That’s not the worst of it. The beds are rock hard. Both my friend and I had a hard time walking the next day because it was like sleeping on plywood. The smell of mold and mildew in the room is equally as bad. We closed the bathroom door but still couldn’t sleep from congestion and mold allergens that caused severe migraines and decongestion. We called about 10 minutes after getting into the room to try and switch rooms to a hopefully less hot and less smelly room, but they refused, telling us we had “already checked in and it would need to be recleaned.” We were meant to stay here two nights and literally PAID another hotel to leave and book a different place. This is absolutely awful and I do NOT recommend staying here at all. It will ruin your trip.

Came here for a work event which was at the coex. To get to coex from here is a 10min cab or 45 min walk. The hotel is ok, rooms are decent size, beds are little hard. On B1 they have a fitness and Suana. If you use fitness only it's free but need shoes which are indoor onky shoes. If you use the shower, Suana and baths it's 11,000 won. It's not the best Suana and would say even slighty dirty. Breakfast is on the first floor which is decent and has everything you want in an nice environment. Overall for price it's not a bad hotel nor is it amazing.

Good: The room and hotel were very nice. Location was OK, being on the KAL 6703 route from the airport. Close to a Metro station (but a minor one that the express service misses) and takes about 40 minutes to get to the city centre north of the river. Bad:The fitness and sauna suite is for MEN ONLY. Breakfast was very poor. I didn't seem to be able to decide if it was Korean or Western, so ended up doing both very badly. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance as an alternative.

We stayed for a business meeting with a larger international group. I fortunately got a room on the 10th floor which was modernized during the last 10 years and was pleasant, however colleagues staying in the lower levels were not so lucky. Those rooms were pretty dated, yet clean. Breakfast was diverse but there was no bar?! at the hotel.

The hotel reception staff is extremely bad. Check-in takes a long time, while passports have been photocopied but they still ask guests to show them many times. Besides, the reception staff is always indifferent and makes guests wait for a long time. Extending the stay in the room also takes a long time. We clearly wrote down the guest's name, room number and next stay date so that the staff can calculate the amount to pay. After paying, the next day we had to work with them twice: in the morning and at noon because they said we paid for less days. So they didn't read the note about the guest's name, room number, and extension date that we gave? The money issue is not important but the staff is very bad, making us waste a lot of time having to deal with them many times. While this is their daily job and is not difficult at all. The hotel reception staff need to be changed and better trained in listening, speaking, reading and understanding. Extremely bad experience, we will not return to this hotel again.
