  Compact room. But comfortable. Good lighting. Good location. Many convenient stores, restaurants & bar near hotel. More to cater for local not tourist. Walking distance to Coex exhibition center. 12 minutes walk to subway - Seolleung

  The location was decent, but the service was shockingly bad and fell far below Ibis standards. The room we booked looked nothing like what was advertised, adding to our disappointment. When we asked the concierge to reserve a table at a nearby restaurant, he refused, resulting in us arriving to find no tables due to a private event. The air conditioning was stuck at an uncomfortable 25.5°C, and despite promises of a fix, no one followed up. Additionally, the concierge wouldn’t even help us call a taxi, instead telling us to wait outside until one arrived. Overall, a highly disappointing stay with poor service and unmated advertising. - Thank you for your response, but I must clarify that I was not upgraded to a Deluxe room, nor was my A/C issue addressed during my stay. Despite raising the concern, no one came to resolve it, and I was left unsatisfied with the lack of action. As a result, I will not be returning to your hotel and would advise others to be cautious, as there is a real risk of being ignored or having issues go unresolved. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service for future guests.

  The room are quite small, but clean and all accessories needed to enjoy a good night. Breakfast is very good

  Hotel claims to have Air Conditioning, but to sabe electricity they turn it off at night, so for the first night I couldn't sleep AT ALL because it was 26 degrees celsius inside of my room. Second night they claimed to leave the A/C turned on but it was a lie and it was off all the night, my room was 26degrees again, impossible to sleep. The manager was helpful and on 3rd day he changed us to a MUCH SMALLER ROOM with proper air conditioning so at least I could sleep. I wouldn't back to this hotel even for free.

  The location is really good although not subway stations near (i mean 5 min walkable distance) but it was still really good and close to COEX. The rooms and staff were nice, overall a great stay
