  Very good hotel but not quite up to other high end hotels. Service is very good - all staff were friendly, room service needs met quickly, breakfast was a nice spread with quick snd attentive service. Our suite was nicely laid out with a comfortable bed and nice sitting area with a couch. Sheets could be nicer and staff could pay attention more stains / holes (unacceptable at this caliber of hotel). Location is right near a subway stop (exit 1), but the street noise and construction makes it into the room even on the 18th floor, but that’s not the hotels fault of course.

  Had a very nice 3 night stay at the Park Hyatt Seoul. It is well located right on what is soon to be K-pop square. Only disappointment is there is no club lounge, and the swimming pool is basically a lap pool with no area to just hang out. Their “club” is oriented towards locals rather than guests, which is off putting. Still it was a great experience, and the hotel is well designed, and close to great shopping.

  Great location, would give that. The rooms have a rocky, mineral ambience to it. Would be fitting to some, a little masculine for my taste. The scents are also somewhat musky. Services seem to be lacking a little compared to other 5 star hotels in Seoul. Polite, but rather not welcoming. (Could be just my experience) No refill of toiletries after they have been run out? 🤔 Also, the elevator system is quite a hassle, not to mention that the wait time is very long too. Having to stop by the lobby to go to any restaurants, gym, outside etc. and go to your desired destination is a big minus. Too crowded for too little number of elevators. What I don’t like about the room is that there is no separation between the room and the space to the washing room. If one needs to get out earlier before the other person, it is sure to disturb the other with all the lighting and noises. Seriously what? 😭 The bonus points from me is the shower. All the different faucets working at the same time. A huge smile :)

  I stayed here for over a week and had a great experience. Hotel was very clean and staff were professional and courteous. I had their breakfast buffet each day and the quality of the food and service was superb. Menu was the same each day with no change so I did get slightly tired of eating the same thing a couple days in. Rooms are bright and clean. Spa is also great. There’s also a subway station right in front of the entrance so it was very convenient. Will def want to stay here again in the future.

  Great place to stay for 6 nights, however the service was not the best as a few of the staff seem to be entertaining only the Caucasians guests. The housekeeping lady was great she is always thoughtful and replenish lots of water for this hot weather. Everything was kept clean and tidy after returning to the room from shopping, bellman will help you to carry items directly to your door step when it's too heavy as well! Great help honestly as I was alone carrying a big bag. I enjoyed myself a lot in this hotel and hope to come back next time without the construction to enjoy the city view.
