  Customer service is slow. It takes an hour to take a number and wait for 9 people. Woori Bank across the street is faster.

  Visited on 2022.12.02. The space is spacious, making it easy to work, and service is fast. The location of the store is not bad, so it is easily accessible from Ilsan Paik Hospital and the subway station. However, because the bank employees' work skills are not advanced or specialized, there is a lack of detailed explanations of inquiries and products when opening an ISA account.

  I always visits here ..service is quite good ..always busy..always send money abroad by means od remittances western union...attentive clerks and bank security guard... easy to access ...but parking was horrible.

  I experienced really rude staff. They told me that I couldn't withdraw deposits without a bankbook, but when I protested that I could withdraw cash at any bank by verifying my ID, they said that only then would they do it by verifying my ID. They said no due to ID verification, but when asked why they changed their words, there was no answer. I was disgusted by the service with a shit-chewing expression until the end. This was the first time in my life I had such an absurd experience in a banking transaction.
