::Convenient location to visit Hwadam forest. But unfortunately that’s about it. Most of the guests here are LG employees and they roam around thinking that they own the place. Additional fees to use swimming pools is definitely a turn-off and pool amenities are very limited. Food services are disgusting and few of them serve frozen food so be aware. Not much of stuff to do in the resort. Most of restaurant and pool is closed on Mondays. Service is terrible. Most of the staffs have pissy attitude. Most likely this will be my last time to stay.

::The rooms are decent but not exceptional. The elevators are consistently packed, but they move efficiently. It's advisable to be mindful of your surroundings due to the high volume of people.

::The resort is good. But I have a bad experiences, the hospitality they provide in the ball room (during dinner I have to wait for at least half an hour for a glass and spoon), room service was not good too ( no drinking water inside the room, room temperature was above 28 degree which we felt suffocating when we enter), cafeteria hospitality was bad too, staff are not good at their service.

::Highly recommend the brunch buffet. Vegan selection was delicious and I'm not even vegan. Coffee machine was excellent and bread selection was top notch. The BBQ platter was ok but it's hard to impress a Texan with bbq. Plentiful bathrooms and all clean.
