  Came here and the rooms with carpets are very gross. Tons of mold and I had trouble breathing (I do not have asthma) last night. They were initially going to charge me for a room change but ended up not charging me. I got switched to a room without carpet and it was slightly better. Wallpaper is peeling too..

  The resort was clean, but it’s in need of some major updating. I think the best word to describe it is tired. I stayed in the Hello Kitty Room and the carpets in the hallways were filthy, it was pretty off putting. Thankfully the room was in better shape than the hallways. The buffet is insanely expensive and was not worth it (we only went for breakfast) and the lounge seems to close super early. They also charge for things that Americans are use to getting for free, like the sauna, and indoor pool. I did get a facial at the spa and had a great experience and the staff throughout resort were attentive and friendly.

  Very nice, large hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is not the newest but is classy nonetheless. There’s a few external restaurants and a 7/11 next door. The pool is a bit small for the hotel size but nice otherwise. Exterior of the building could use some maintenance.

  Our experience was wonderful in every way. We booked last minute due to an unexpected issue with our original lodging and were delighted by the turn of events that landed us here. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful and well maintained. The gardens are lovely and peaceful. All the services we used exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.
