It was my first time in the Jeju so I really like the hotel view, surroundings, and the rooms. The hotel service was also good. It has reasonable price compare to other 5 star hotels. They provide breakfast buffet system only when you pay for it. I really like the breakfast buffet. The hotel area was quite large and it had a swimming pool too. The hotel is situated near the beach area so you can spent good time at beach. The hotel has a separate inside bar plus restaurant where you can have your meal if you do not want to go outside however it was quite expensive.

Great hotel with a nice location and fairly big rooms. The service was friendly but the automated check-in check-out system is a complete waste of time and makes the first contact with the hotel not so pleasant (let humans do human jobs). The receptionist must anyway help you to check-in so what is the point? The prices, like everywhere on the island, are expensive, for both the rooms and the room service. The breakfast buffet is OK with a great choice of food to please everyone. As some mentioned, it is not a 5 stars hotel, rather a 4 stars.

The hotel is indeed in the midst of many 5 star hotels. The location is nice and the price is reasonable, however the hotel is in no way shape or form a 5 star hotel. I would say itโ€™s 3.5 star hotel. Lots of renovation needs to happen. Carpets are old and has stains. Needs to be replaced. Walls are not finished properly. The surrounding hotels are definitely all 5 stars, esp Parnas and sila.

The staff was very friendly and cordial, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, the rooms were exactly what I was looking for. It is a little farther from the beach than I would like, but it is a fantastic location for those who like to run in the morning (like me). I was able to run to all the local attractions without issue and traffic in the area was minimal. It is also next door to a casino.

I stayed here in a double room in the month of September, 2016 with one other guest. I did not have any of the extra amenities, including the meal packages, so this is simply a review of the room. Arriving in the room, it was clean and organized, with all the proper amenities, and some additional ones that normally aren't included with hotels of this caliber. It also has a very ample balcony, sizing up to the rest of the somewhat spacious room. It was very comfortable, but it did come with some issues. For one, the air conditioning was essentially nonexistent at night. With the heavy and thick bed sheets, the other guest and I were quickly waking up covered in sweat. The following morning, we approached the front desk where we asked them, in Korean, if there was an issue with the air conditioning in that room or floor, when we were informed that it was normal and to instead open the balcony door and use that for ventilation. We were then offered a fan in case things got any worse, which wouldn't have helped much in a room of this size. Secondly, a minor issue for me but an issue nonetheless: after the first night, we had our room cleaned. Everything was as good and organized as when we first checked in, but now there were quite a number insects that I had to take care of myself. A hotel of this supposed quality shouldn't be having pest issues. Now, I will add that the staff and service was your typical friendly Korean variety. At one point, we had forgotten to turn off our "Do Not Disturb" status, but luckily the hotel called to see if we still wanted the room clean, which was really nice of them. Parking was not too difficult, as we always found available spots near the sides of the hotel. Were it not for the air conditioning issues and the insects, I would have given this location five stars. It is in a great location for a decent price.
