  Great stay for a family! We stayed for 3 nights and for all of our 3 rooms, cleanliness and luxuriousness was at max! People and service was nice in general but especially Kim Ho-Eun from Poolside Bar really took care of us! Her genuine kindness and warm attitude really represents Shilla's high level of hospitality! 풀바이드바에 김호은씨 너무 감사드립니다!

  I was staying in my own room while traveling with friends. I am a person of color and the treatment was very very different. They immediately took the bags from my male friend and didn't even offer to take mine despite my friend requesting them to help me. I also requested an upgrade to an ocean view room. The person checking me in initially was even hesitant to look. I requested and when I was willing to pay he seemed shocked by my ability to pay Finally the rooms are outdated. Not worth the price. Overall not a great stay for a solo female traveler of color.

  best resort in jeju. spacious and very traditional facility, very well maintained room condition, fantastic garden with breath taking views. this is the best choice when you visit jeju.

  This I don't know why the reviews are so high. The hotel felt dated and the amenities and food were so so. I couldn't believe we were served concentrated orange juice in Jeju 🍊. As a positive, the hotel staff were courteous and very helpful.

  Wonderful hotel breakfast with great variety and quality. The grounds of the hotel were massive, and made walking around a pleasure. Lotte Hotel is just nearby and you can see their facilities are more catered towards small children and family. The concierge deserves a special mention, they gave good recommendations and were always willing to assist with requests. Rooms were not the most modern but were luxurious and clean. Highly recommended.
