  Very nice location. Close to different restaurants and subway stations. The rooms are clean and maintenance staff are very friendly. However, there was one instance wherein they did not clean the room fully. Some blankets were in disarray and other items were not placed back in their proper places. Ceiling is also very low for the suite rooms. If you are taller than 5ft, you might have to crouch when you stand up in the loft/futon area. Overall, a good place for budget travellers.

  Good location, but hotel and staff are below standards. Wifi keeps disconnecting, the shower can’t get warm water and there seems to be nothing they can do about it. The room has a lot of dirty spots.

  Stayed for 2 nights. Recommended 👍🏼. Room was “older” but extremely spacious, with plenty of room for luggage space. Amenities were sufficient; shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, kettle, coffee, tea, towels, television, mini fridge, slippers, hair dryer. The toilet bowl heating function was 👌🏼. Counter staffs were able to converse in basic simple English. Luggage storage services available. Entrance is definitely not disability friendly. Hotel location is great, with train, bus stop, mall & tourist attraction all within walking distance. If you’re planning to take the Limousine bus 6701 to Incheon Airport Terminal 1/2 for 18,000won per pax, the bus stop is located right outside the main road of the hotel.

  We traveled from Mexico, and although we speak English we were worried about being able to communicate with the staff, but everyone was very nice and their English was excellent! I booked two rooms and due to the low score, my expectations were very low, but I was pleasantly surprised as the rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and new. After being in Tokyo, these rooms felt massive. The breakfast could be a little better but we still enjoyed it and the waiter was friendly.

  The location is very close to the train station, malls, night markets, restaurants, convenient stores, Starbucks, etc. The room is a bit old, but it is spacious. The toilet tiles are already chipping out. The hotel is actually under renovation. On our last night, the aircon was not working due to some electrical work. The room service was great! The room was always clean, with fresh towels and bottled water/toiletries replenished. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating as well. The hotel rate was just fine, around $200/day.
