  The first floor is the cafe, and the back is the guest room area. The second floor is the dining area and there are guest rooms at the back. The decoration design is very special and things are stored in an orderly manner. The room type is small and exquisite, with all necessary supplies and equipment, including towels and toiletries. You can put your suitcase under the bed, which is actually enough storage space. The room was neat, bright, spotless, and the cleanliness was amazing. Even the bottom of the bed is very neat. Two towels per person per day. (South Korea rarely provides large bath towels) The buffet breakfast is simple and rich, including yogurt, toast, eggs, milk, juice, coffee, jam, apples and bananas. Dairy products and drinks are also specially chilled with ice cubes, which shows the proprietress's care and concern for food safety. There is the aroma of coffee beans on the second floor, and hand-brewed coffee is also provided for breakfast. It is medium-dark roasted. It can be said that it is the best coffee in Gyeongju. The landlady is warm and polite. Although she doesn't understand the language, she is very enthusiastic about taking care of the guests' needs. There is no washing machine, so if you need laundry, you can go to an outside laundromat. For some reason, the humidity in the room was high, and wet clothes were left hanging in the room for two days without drying. The sound insulation is not good, you can hear the noise of other residents.

  The room was small, but it was nice and clean. My 9-year-old son was excited about the bunk bed and was very satisfied, saying it was better than a hotel. It was perfect for staying up late and just sleeping.

  The owner and his wife are very friendly. Be kind enough to make them feel like you are being treated with sincerity, not pretentious kindness. I felt that the facility was overall clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is suitable with regular toast, baked eggs, fruit yogurt, etc. The location is very good.. Jungang Market, Cheonmachong... Hwangridan-gil are all within walking distance.. It looks like Hwangridan-gil, but it's good to go and have a drink and then walk. There is no dedicated parking lot, so you have to ask the owner to find a place. Or just find a place nearby. haha.

  A family of four with children had exclusive use of a four-person room. They said there were three rooms, but maybe that's why it was quiet. It was nice that the bedding, room, and even the shared kitchen were very clean. The owner and his wife are really friendly, and the first floor is run as a cafe, and I was surprised at how delicious the coffee was.
