  Really good quality/price hotel in Gangnam district. We spent really a good time in this hotel. You can take a bus from airport that directly bring you to the hotel (Cost around 12 eur - 18000 wons per person). Staff is really nice and the room was really beautiful with great views of the city. Fully equipped with a fridge, a/c, daily free water, good sound proofed.... Situation is good, you have couple of metro stations near them, bus stops, supermarkets (7 eleven, cu...) and restaurants. It's true that it's up on a hill, but bit of exercise is good for health (of course people with reduced mobility or if you have some luggage need to take it into consideration). Breakfast price is around 25000 wones per person. Thanks! see u soon

  In response to the hotels inaccurate response, let me sttre some facts. Firstly it was your staff who started to yell at me, especially Ms. HY Kim. Also please do not lie in your response. Your hotel staff gave me a different story all 3 times I spoke to them about the ac. First I was told ac was not available at all so they couldn't turn it on. Then you say they turned it on just for me which is not true. Your staff said its impossible to turn on the system if its under 20 degrees celcius outside. Then your staff said if they turned it on, the whole system would break. Your whole staff is incompetent and rude. I also uploaded pictures of the room thermostat during my stay each day which clearly shows the room temperature was 75 degrees which is not acceptable. Lastly, your hotel should be at most 3 stars, no way it's a 4 star hotel. You had one person at the front desk at all times, housekeeping never answered the phone and the bathtub was old and cracked. What 4 star hotel has an old shower curtain in their bathroom?? Worst hotel experience. It's in the 70s in Korea and the hotel has NO air conditioning. They state the a/c cannot work in this weather which is not acceptable. They should state they have no a/c on their website and/or warn people before they book. But their hotel website clearly indicates there is central air. Also, the people that work at this hotel are the absolute worst!!!! First, they have one person at the front desk at all times, so it's impossible to get any service. Then when they do pick up the phone, their attitude is horrible. They should not be in any customer facing position. Ms. HY Kim is one of the worst people I've dealt with and the other person is Mr. K Park. I will be sure to write a very detailed letter to Best Western corporate to make sure they know what is happening at the hotel and how these people tarnish their name

  Good staying, hotel is cleaned. I was at 11 floor so sight was very nice. The only tips I share: hotel is exactly between two subway stations….so in any case you need to walk up to a hill with your luggage; second tip, coming here by subway from Seoul station is not difficult but you need to change a train and walking path is pretty long. Anyhow, to judge the hotel Incan say it is good

  Classic, simple, very spacious room. Calm view - which is a big plus point concerning that the location is Gangnam. It has some distance to the subway station and it might not be a good choice to take a taxi from this hotel during the rush hour in Gangnam-Shin Nonhyeon..

  This Best Western was really great. The place was very spotless. Even the parking garage was spotless and everything was convenient. I wish I had photos of the outside but I didn’t take any of this hotel. The only photos are interior photos. The cool thing is that the Parking was free for guest. Also, the parking garage had a car elevator with about 12 spaces of parking in 6 floors. I added a video of the elevator and the car inside. The area near this hotel is very active. There is lots to do around here and there are lots of bars and restaurants around. Honestly if you want to stay in Gangnam this hotel is a great place to stay in. It is situated in the middle of the city and most of the things are either close by or you can get a metro or bus which are located just down the street. I definitely recommend this hotel. The prices vary depending on the season and what is happening but I managed to get a room for $100 a night. Which is really good compared to other locations.
