I had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Palace Hotel for three months, and my experience was absolutely fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to meet my every request with impressive efficiency, making my stay truly comfortable and memorable. A special thanks to the manager, Sowon, whose exceptional professionalism and attention to detail stood out. Her dedication ensured that every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking excellent service, luxurious accommodations, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Lovely hotel at an affordable price with lovely rooms. The staff are also very accommodating, while the location in Gangnam is great for exploring the rest of the city.

Hotel is nice and newly renovated. Beds, pillows and blankets are very comfortable. Location is good. Concierge was amazing, but check was not very pleasant. No warm greeting, just check in and take the keys. They also expected us to take our own luggage until I requested otherwise. There is no water in the room, you need to request for it in the lobby because if you do it via the room you need to pay for the water. Bring your own toothbrush because as usual, they're chargeable here in Seoul. There's a safe in the room but the battery was flat. We requested for a change and though it was changed, it was again, not working. We also requested for new towels, but by the time the new towels came, we already finished our showers. There's a hair dryer that is pretty good but the power socket keeps disconnecting. There are however, international adaptors integrated into the design so that was thoughtful. Rooms are very large and spacious but the carpet smells like cigarettes. Wouldn't classify this place as a 5 star hotel.

The most terrible experience I’ve had in a 5-star hotel included the following issues: • The air conditioner was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep. • Housekeeping only removed the used towels without replacing them with fresh ones. • Complimentary water was provided only on the first day, despite a stay of more than one day. • One of the staff members displayed an arrogant attitude.

Such a lovely hotel in Gangnam district. It reopened after an extensive renovation. A rich history and style. A must visit!
