  Disgusting customer service, the worst I have ever seen in my life, I have just asked if they have a room available which I know they have many as showed on the website and they told me with arrogance they don't have and they didn't let me finish talking they jus hang up the phone on me. I hope these people will loose they job very soon. This hotel doesn't deserve customers.

  The 6th floor was noisy at night when the hot water was used. I moved to the 11th floor and slept there, but the rest was very satisfactory. It was clean and didn't smell like cigarettes at all.

  It costs 80,000 won for a weekend for two people, and for one additional person, you can add 10,000 won to sleep for 90,000 won. The bed was large so three people could sleep comfortably. Toiletries were also provided as a service! sleep well
