2024/09/30 There is no service when you arrive and when there is a receptionist, they don't even greet the guests, the room is old and has no maintenance, the sink, bathtub, mirrors, towels are worn, good location.

This is a nice budget hotel for people who do NOT want air conditioning in their room, and who are happy with a night time room temperature of 27 to 28 degrees C. The adverts all claim rooms have air conditioning - but this is not true. AC is something we expect and demand in a hotel when we book it. The hotel features a centrally controlled air-cooling system, which involves a box in your room with a radiator and a fan which blows air over it. NO dehumidifying, NO filtering, and the only thing you can control is the fan. Our first night saw me get about 1 hour of extremely sweaty sleep at a room temperature of 27C. Repeated calls to the nicely air conditioned lobby (!!!) saw hotel management refuse to turn on the cooling, saying "It's not air conditioning season." The bed was hard as a rock, and underneath the nicely ironed pillowcases were (rather bizarrely) plastic covered pillows - which make your head sweat profusely. And so we cancelled our second and third nights, and moved to a different hotel, with much smaller room, but a modern air conditioner, so we could sleep comfortably at 20 degrees C. To the hotel's credit, they did refund us one night, but they would not have had to, if they simply did what their customers politely and repeatedly request.

Location is good... but have never had to unplug my own toilet at a hotel before in my life! Rooms are old, bug spray is provided... I don't think it is a good sign. If it wasn't already paid, I'm not sure I would have stayed.

Pretty decent hotel for the price. Location is good, itโ€™s near the Yeoksam station. My room had a large bathroom, with both a separate shower and bathtub. There was only one outlet in the room though, and the beds were pretty stiff. Would stay again solely for the bathroom.
