  I asked for a room for three people, but received a room with two small twin (at best) beds. My floor was also a non-smoking floor with clearly marked no smoking signs, but I could smell cigarette smoke as soon as I got off the elevator. The toilet and the bathtub clearly had drain issues. The entrance to the parking was uncomfortablely narrow. The location of the hotel is prime, but I would not recommend this place.

  Good location. Super near the Gangnam shopping area. Also near the subway station. Some of the cons are the air conditioning is sometimes inadequate even if you put it in the lowest temperature and that the hotel is already pretty old. Better if you get a discounted rate (like I did, thanks to a Korean friend).

  Room themselves are fine. Room service is tidy. The best part of this place was the breakfast buffet. Any kind of cuisine! Dumplings, donuts, omelets, bacon, grilled salmon, Korean stuffed pancakes, ... the list goes on. Highly recommended.

  OK room, had to change once due to smoke smell. Excellent breakfast if you can include it in room rate. Extremely overpriced food otherwise (US$18 for green tea). Overall, OK, but not great by Asian standards.

  I like to stay here when I come to seoul since it is so centrally located. The hotel itself could use a renovation and is a bit stuffy. Breakfast is great but expensive unless you get to stay on the club floor. The evening drinks and appetizers served in the club lounge are more than enough food for dinner. If you want to venture out at night, there are plenty of dining and entertainment options right behind the hotel
