  Beautiful reasonably priced suites on the top floor. One star off as there is no view out of the window as it is now surrounded by 2 tall buildings. English speaking reception staff. Love this hotel as it is next to a metro station and in a fabulous central location. Very safe for solo female travellers.

  The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The wifi did not work in the room.

  Room is dirty, have cigarettes smell, only one staff is approachable

  This place is practically falling apart. Dated design, creaky bed, doors that cannot lock... Luckily the TV was still good.

  PLUS: large rooms, well accessorized, clean, air conditioned, king size bed, Central location in Gangnam close to metro MINUS: stained curtains, NO ENGLISH SPOKEN, all instructions and explanations are in korean, customer service non-existent they not only do not speak english but they look also annoyed by questions, requested non-smoking room and they provided smoking room when asked to change they refused.
