::I stayed at a 5-star hotel in Korea, primarily due to its convenient location. Since I visit Korea once a year, I had been a regular customer of this hotel, but this time, my stay lasted over three weeks, allowing me to use various services. To my shock, this was the most poorly managed hotel I have ever encountered. After returning to the U.S., I received an email from the hotel requesting a review. I wrote a low-rating review detailing my experience, only to receive a generic and superficial response. I want to emphasize that this hotel does not live up to the standards of a 5-star establishment, as would be evident in other similar-rated hotels worldwide. Paying such a high price for a 5-star experience should guarantee service that matches its value. Ending the matter with a simple apology is unacceptable.

::We took bus 143 from Nine Tree Hotel Myeongdong to JW Marriott for lunch, with the journey taking approximately 30 minutes. We alighted at the โExpress Bus Terminalโ stop. We opted for the buffet lunch, priced at 175,000 KRW per adult, with children aged 13 and below charged half the adult rate. The food quality was outstanding and delicious, complemented by a fantastic atmosphere and exceptional service from the staff. The overall experience was truly world-class and well worth the price.

::I highly recommend this hotel in Seoul! The location is incredibly convenient, with the airport shuttle 6020 taking you directly to the nearby bus terminal. The room service was fantastic, offering thoughtful touches like snacks and a bottle of sparkling wine. While the lounge could use a bit more localization and isnโt a full breakfast setup, the options available were still satisfying, and the light dinner offerings were a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was spacious with impressive water pressure, which I believe is a hallmark of a high-quality hotel. Additionally, the sauna and gym/pool facilities were expansive and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind. Overall, a wonderful place to rest and recharge!

::Man, honestly this is the nicest JW we have ever stayed at. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location is near perfect, next to a nice mall with a huge variety of dining and high end shopping. The bus station is also right next door. The grounds are impeccable. The front desk staff gave each of our three kids a little Hello Kitty stuffed animal which was super nice. The breakfast in the lounge was incredible, and in some ways I enjoyed it over Flavors as good and much variety as flavors has. So much good fresh food, the omelette man made the most perfect omelets. Almost debating booking one more stay before we head back just to relax on last time before heading back stateside.

::We had the most pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Thanks to Ted the Manager for his professional leadership at the Executive Lounge and Helen, Ella, and I don't know all of their names, but the chef, the concierge, bell boys and just about everyone working at the hotel had a professional attitude and showed diligence and kindness in helping the guests. They brought in a table for my daughter, who had to work remotely. Thank you so much for your kind services! You're awesome, JW Marriott Seoul!!
